IoIC has launched an online discussion called ‘The most important thing I’ve learned about internal communication’. Around 30 individuals with a broad spectrum of internal comms and related expertise – including psychology, research, HR, employee engagement and organisational behaviour – will be contributing articles on this topic. Those who have already offered a ‘gem’ of insight include IoIC president Suzanne Peck, viral change guru Leandro Herrero, and executive director of Government communications Alex Aiken.
