A poll of over 100 UK PR agencies has found that whilst salaries will mostly stay the same this year due to the recession, consultancies are instead offering employees soft benefits such as flexible working in order to retain staff. The Works’ just-published survey also found that 90% of consumer PR candidate have registered an interest in in-house PR roles due to perceived greater job security, a better work / life balance and the opportunity to focus on the communication issues of one organisation as motivating factors.
