The following blog post is written by Mark Ellis of Culture Transform …I still hesitate to bring up gamification with clients though (a word still so new it keeps switching to ramification in this spell check – hmmmm…..) because the implications of the phrase hint towards the frivolous. The definition above doesn’t help a great deal either “exciting because it promises to make the hard stuff in life fun”.
