Steady Progression in Global Employee Engagement Levels Over the last couple of days there has been various articles on the rising employee engagement levels globally. Global employee engagement levels increased to 61% in 2013, up from 60% in 2012 and 58% in 2011, according to research by Aon Hewitt.
